1. Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods for purchasing our artwork:
• TWINT: Payment can be made directly via the TWINT app using our telephone number or the QR code provided at the time of purchase.
• Bank Transfer: Purchases can be paid for by bank transfer. Bank details will be provided upon order confirmation. Please include your order number as a reference in the transfer reason.
Payment Terms
• Full payment must be received within 7 business days of order confirmation. Failure to pay within this period will result in the order being considered cancelled.
• For custom commissions, a 50% deposit is required at the time of ordering. The balance must be paid before shipping or collection of the artwork.
• Artworks will be shipped or made available for collection only after full payment has been confirmed.

3. Shipping and Delivery
• Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be calculated based on the destination and size of the work.
• All artworks are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. However, we are not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during shipping. It is recommended that you purchase shipping insurance.
5. Privacy
• We collect and process customers' personal data exclusively for purposes related to the execution of orders, customer support, and communications relating to our products and services.
• Your personal data will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except where required by law or for the execution of the sales contract.
• We use technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction.
6. Intellectual Property
• All purchased artworks remain the property of the artist until full payment of the amount due. The copyright of the works always remains with the artist, even after the sale. The works cannot be reproduced without the explicit consent of the artist.
7. Applicable Law and Competent Court
• These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law. For any dispute that may arise in relation to these Terms and Conditions or the purchase of works of art, the court of the place of residence of the artist will have exclusive jurisdiction.
